B.Proc, Dip Tax, Attorney, Notary, Conveyancer. Jacques is a qualified attorney with 20 years of commercial law experience. He has been registered as a business rescue practitioner since 2013 and during this time successfully performing his task with the primary goal of achieving the respective businesses under rescue strategies whether it be trading companies, property companies, property development companies or manufacturing operations. In addition Jacques has personal business experience as an owner and developer of properties including the recent development of a storage unit facility.

BCom Finance, BCom Hon Human Resources Development. Kobus spent 3 years at PWC where he was fulfilling an accounting and auditing role. More recently he has worked as Financial Manager and later as Financial Director of a large property management and development company, a role he has fulfilled for the last 22 years. During this time, he has honed many skills in respect of managing a large staff compliment as well as fulfilling the full function of a Financial Manager and Director. He also gained much knowledge on the Business Rescue environment, having worked for Companies that were in Business Rescue. During 2021 he has been involved in the accounting side of Business Rescue as a full-time financial consultant.

Dean is a licensed Business Rescue Practitioner (SARIPA & CIPC) with nearly three years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has been an integral part of over 20 business rescues, spanning various industries. Dean specializes in the meticulous formulation of Business Rescue Plans, adeptly interacting and negotiating with creditors, closely monitoring financial performance, and overseeing day-to-day operations. His comprehensive approach ensures the effective rehabilitation and turnaround of distressed businesses, showcasing his commitment to excellence and strategic problem-solving.

In 2017, Tamarin joined DTB Business Rescue and worked closely with Jacques Du Toit, the senior Business Rescue Practitioner. Throughout her career at DTB, she has actively contributed to the development of numerous Business Rescue Plans, engaging with creditors and ensuring all communication, correspondence, and administrative tasks related to Business Rescue comply with the Companies Act. Her involvement has spanned 47 Business Rescues, resulting in the successful approval of 43 Business Rescue Plans. Tamarin's recent completion of an advanced short course in Business Rescue in 2022 underscores her commitment to professional growth and excellence in her field. Her aspiration to become a registered Junior Business Rescue Practitioner by 2024 highlights her dedication to advancing her expertise and contributing further to the company's success in guiding distressed businesses through the intricacies of Business Rescue.
